Digital products and programs
All sales are final for digital products, including workbooks, templates, calendars and kits, and for pre-recorded courses and programs. Because you get access to the files and lessons right away, we are not able to offer refunds or exchanges once your order is complete.
Problems with access
If a download link does not work, a file will not open, or you cannot reach a lesson, email arilda@sustainablegrowthcc.com with your order number. We will make sure you get what you paid for.
Retreat Ready
Retreat Ready includes a day-90 guarantee. For the program, that guarantee is the remedy, in place of a refund under this policy.
