These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of sustainablegrowthconsultingcoaching.com (the “Site”) and to the products, programs, events and services you buy or join through it, provided by Sustainable Growth Consulting & Coaching, LLC (“we”, “us” or “our”). By using the Site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms.

1. Using the Site

Please use the Site lawfully and respectfully. Do not try to break, overload or gain unauthorized access to the Site, copy it in bulk, or use it to send spam or harmful content.

2. Education, not professional advice

Our content, templates, workbooks, courses, coaching, programs and events are educational. They are not therapy, counseling, or medical, legal, tax, insurance or financial advice. Arilda Surridge is a licensed marriage and family therapist, but our coaching and educational services are not therapy and do not create a therapist and client relationship. Check with your own professionals about the decisions that apply to you, such as licensing, continuing education rules, insurance, contracts and taxes.

3. No guaranteed results

Your results depend on many things we do not control, including your own work, your audience and your market. Examples, case studies and testimonials describe individual experiences, and results vary. We do not promise any level of income, enrollment or sold-out events.

4. Accounts

Some purchases create an account so you can access your downloads and courses. Keep your login details private and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for activity on your account.

5. Purchases and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and payments are processed by Stripe. We may change prices at any time, but a change does not affect an order you have already paid for. Discount codes and special offers work only as described, for example for one use or until a stated time, and cannot be combined unless we say so. If a price or product is listed by mistake, we may cancel the order and refund what you paid.

6. Your license for digital products

When you buy a digital product (such as a template, workbook, calendar, kit or course), you get a personal, non-transferable license to use it for your own retreats and business. You may fill it in, print it and adapt it for your own use. You may not resell, share, give away, publish or redistribute it, upload it to file-sharing sites, or present it as your own work. Download links can expire or have a download limit, so please save a copy.

7. Refunds

Because digital products are delivered right away, all sales of digital products are final once your order is complete. If a file does not open or a link does not work, contact us and we will fix it. Programs, events and retreats have their own agreements and policies (for example deposits, payment plans and cancellations), which you see when you sign up and which apply to that offer. See also our Refund Policy.

8. Live events, sessions and recordings

Live online events and group sessions may be recorded and shared with participants. Dates and times may change, and we will let registered participants know. Please be respectful of others. We may remove anyone who disrupts an event or treats others badly, without a refund.

9. Our content

The Site and everything on it, including text, templates, workbooks, videos, images, logos and course materials, belong to us or the people who licensed them to us and are protected by copyright and other laws. Apart from the license in section 6, nothing in these Terms gives you rights to our content.

10. Reviews and testimonials you share

If you send us a review, testimonial, comment or other content, you give us permission to use, show and share it, for example on the Site and in our marketing. We identify people by first name only unless you agree otherwise. Please only share content you have the right to share.

11. Other services and links

The Site links to and uses services run by others, such as Stripe, Zoom, Calendly, Jotform, social media and venues. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to them, and we are not responsible for them.

12. Disclaimer

The Site and our products are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim related to the Site or our products is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

14. Indemnity

You agree to cover any claims, losses and costs (including reasonable legal fees) that arise from your misuse of the Site or our products or your breach of these Terms.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Washington, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. Using the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
