This Privacy Policy explains how Sustainable Growth Consulting & Coaching, LLC (“we”, “us” or “our”) collects, uses and shares information when you visit sustainablegrowthconsultingcoaching.com (the “Site”), buy from our store, join our programs, events or retreats, or contact us.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us. Your name, email address and anything you type into our forms, for example when you request a free guide, register for an event, take a quiz, apply for a program or contact us. When you buy something we also collect your billing name, email and address. If you create an account to access your purchases or courses, we keep your account details. We also keep the messages you send us by email or social media.

Payment information. Payments are processed by Stripe and the payment options it offers (such as cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link, Amazon Pay or Klarna). We do not see or store your full card number.

Information collected automatically. When you use the Site, we and our service providers collect device and browser information, your IP address, the pages you view, the links that brought you here and similar usage information, using cookies, pixels and similar technologies.

Checkout information. If you enter your email at checkout and do not finish your order, we may use it to send you a reminder about your cart.

2. How we use information

3. Cookies, pixels and analytics

We use cookies and similar tools to run the store (for example to keep items in your cart), to understand how the Site is used, and to measure and show our ads. These include WooCommerce, Google (such as Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics) and Meta (the Facebook and Instagram Pixel and Conversions API). You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, although some features, like the cart, need them to work. You can also manage ad preferences in your Meta and Google account settings.

4. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run our business, and only as needed for them to do that work. These include Stripe (payments), our website host and the WordPress and WooCommerce tools that run the Site, store and emails, Constant Contact (email newsletters), Calendly (scheduling), Jotform (some registrations and forms), Zoom (live online events), ManyChat (Instagram and Facebook messages), our course and video hosting providers, and Meta and Google (advertising and analytics). We may also share information when the law requires it, to protect our rights or someone’s safety, or as part of a sale or transfer of our business.

5. Your choices and rights

You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time. You can also ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing us. Depending on where you live (for example in the European Union, the United Kingdom, California or another US state with a privacy law), you may have additional rights, such as the right to know what we collect, to receive a copy of it, or to object to certain uses. We will not treat you differently for using these rights. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request, and we keep some records when the law requires it (for example order records for tax purposes).

6. How long we keep information

We keep personal information for as long as we need it for the purposes above, for example for as long as you have an account or subscription, and for as long as we must keep order and tax records. After that we delete it or remove the details that identify you.

7. Security

We use reasonable measures to protect your information, and payment details are handled by Stripe. No website or online service can be completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Health information

Our coaching, programs, templates and retreats are not therapy, and we do not ask for health information through the Site. Please do not send us private health details through our forms. If a retreat registration asks about dietary, accessibility or similar needs, we use those answers only to plan and run that retreat safely.

9. Children

The Site is meant for adults and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, please contact us and we will delete it.

10. International visitors

We are based in the United States, and the information we collect is processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those where you live.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page.
