Things people often ask us
I've never led a retreat. Is this too advanced for me?
Not at all. Retreat Ready starts at the very beginning, and the three gates break the whole process into steps you can actually take. You bring the idea and the willingness to do the work. We bring the map and walk it with you.
I don't have a big audience. Can I still fill a retreat?
A retreat needs the right people, not a huge following. In the Design gate we size your retreat to the audience you actually have, and in the Fill phase we coach you on reaching past it, through your clients, colleagues, referral partners and your list.
How much time will this take each week?
Plan on about 3 to 5 hours a week, including the Wednesday call. The Friday Build Lab gives you protected time to get that work done alongside others.
What if I miss a live call?
Life happens. The calls are recorded, so you can watch the replay when it suits you and bring any questions to Slack.
Can I join after December 18?
Yes. Enrollment stays open on a rolling basis at the standard price: $5,500 or 6 payments of $975 for Core, and $11,000 or 6 payments of $1,950 for VIP. The founding price ends on December 18, 2026, or sooner if the first 20 spots fill.
What about the legal and insurance side?
You get our terms and refund policy builders and a waiver outline, and we'll show you what to think about with contracts and insurance. We're not attorneys, though, and nothing in Retreat Ready is legal advice. Please confirm your final documents with your attorney and your insurance provider.
What's the difference between Core and VIP?
Core is the full program: coaching, Build Lab, Slack, every tool and our 90-day promise. VIP adds done-for-you help: Alex builds your sales page and registration, we review your budget and venue contract line by line, make personal venue introductions, and reply the same day.
Can I get a refund?
No. All enrollments are final. Instead, our guarantee has your back: show up to your gates, do the work, and if your retreat isn't on sale by day 90, we coach you three more months, free.
